Open Arms Hispanic Ministry has been sharing God’s love by meeting needs of Hispanic immigrants in Wayne Co., Ohio and surrounding areas for over a decade. Open Arms started when a group of folks, including Raul Tadeo who is still on staff with Open Arms, noticed the growing number of Hispanic immigrants in the Wayne County area and felt called to minister to them.
